Construction and acquisition of residential complexes
In the period from 2021 to the present moment, Dimitar Yanev manages numerous projects on the construction field and purchase and sale of residential complexes and buildings in Bulgaria. Leads comprehensively all procedures for legalization of buildings and finalization of transactions related to them, as well as investment transactions necessary for financing. Leads the negotiations with the financing institutions and creates the contracts necessary for the relevant stages of the projects’ implementation. The total value of the projects is over BGN 30 million.
Legalization and construction of hydroelectric power plants
Dimitar Yanev directly manages projects on the construction and legalization of hydroelectric plants, as he also has won cases on the occasion of his client’s already built hydroelectric power plants declared illegal by the prosecutor’s office. He knows in detail the legal and business practice in the field, participating in the negotiations and the conclusion of the contracts for the trade of electric energy with all the ERPs in the country.
Prevention of a real estate resale scheme in a residential complex
In 2022, Dimitar Yanev uncovered and prevented a scheme for the resale of real estate in a residential complex that later became known. The contractor and seller had entered into numerous preliminary contracts for the sale of properties, subsequently reselling the properties to a third party related to him with an advance payment by the buyers.
